Shipping policy
The time we need to prepare your order varies, please refer to the individual Product Pages/ Shipping Section. Once your order is shipped, it should be with you within 3-5 Days for Ground Shipping in Canada and U.S. and may take up to 10 business days with international orders. This is valid for all items and all orders.
Some larger products and/or fragile products are shipped via furniture carriers to give you the best delivery experience possible. These might take anywhere between 3 days to 14 days in transit.
After your order is processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and confirming that your package has been sent.
The delivery and shipping are handled by third parties such as FedEx, TNT, USPS, UPS, DHL, or Furniture Carrier companies depending on the region and country.
The U.S.A and Canada - Free Shipping:
All orders are subject to our Free Shipping Guarantee, meaning all purchases are inclusive of free shipping to 48 contiguous states, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and Mexico. On 48 contiguous states, Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada shipping fees are included. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. boxes at the moment.
For orders to Canada,Shipping cost will be covered by RUNA/WOODARTATELIER but on some occasions, there might be duties, additional handling fees or etc. You may be subject to customs tax or additional handling costs by the carrier such as Fedex or UPS, which are at customers' responsibility. RUNA/WOODARTATELIER will not take any responsibility for additional fees associated with the delivery of international orders.
For All US orders shipped DDP – No extra fees at delivery.
Europe - Free Delivery:
Once shipped, your order should be delivered within 5-10 days. The United Kingdom, Switzerland, Scotland, All EU member countries, and All EEA member countries are subject to Free Shipping Guarantee [Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden]. Orders outside of the USA, Canada, and Mexico are considered international orders. There might be Customs Fees associated with orders to European Area. The customs tax is the buyers' responsibility. RUNA/WOODARTATELIER will not take any responsibility for additional fees associated with the delivery of international orders. Orders to Europe are all final sale and cannot be returned. Kindly be advised that our return policy states that products shipped from the USA cannot be returned if the order was placed from a shipping location outside of the USA and Canada.
Australia and New Zealand - Free Delivery:
Australia and New Zealand are subject to our Free Shipping Guarantee, meaning all purchases are inclusive of free shipping. There might be Customs Fees associated with orders to European Area. The customs tax is the buyers' responsibility. RUNA/WOODARTATELIER will not take any responsibility for additional fees associated with the delivery of international orders. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5 business days but may be longer or shorter. We do not guarantee 2 day delivery on orders to Australia and New Zealand. Kindly be advised that our return policy states that products shipped from the USA cannot be returned if the order was placed from a shipping location outside of the USA and Canada.
Middle East:
Orders to Israel, Lebanon, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, are not subject to a free shipping guarantee. The rates will be determined during checkout, as it varies for locations. In some regions, there might not be any shipping fee. This is available for a limited region and we are working to expand.
Customers outside Canada and U.S. may be subject to customs tax, which are at customers' responsibility. RUNA/WOODARTATELIER will not take any responsibility for additional fees associated with the delivery of international orders. Kindly be advised that our return policy states that products shipped from the USA cannot be returned if the order was placed from a shipping location outside of the USA and Canada.
Rest of the World:

Damage Claims:
If the item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange a return and resend a new one. In such case, contact must be made within 48 hours of delivery by the customer via the support bubble, or directly to info@woodartlovely.com
